HOW TO MAKE A RETURN/ RETURN POLICY

You can choose to return any product purchased on womsh.com within 14 days of the delivery date. Here’s how:

Pack the item securely in the original product packaging if possible.
Include the shipping note inside the package with information about refund/size or model change. You will find the shipping note inside the original package. 
Choose the courier you prefer.
Notes: The product must be returned intact and in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories);

Instead of making a return you can request an exchange goods
The shipping costs (and any customs fees, if present) for the return of the goods will be borne exclusively by the customer.

Refunds

 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
