TERMS OF SALE

Every purchase on the website www.womsh.com is governed by the following general terms and conditions of contract that Trade Promotions S.r.l. a socio unico, with registered office in Via via Venezia 85, 35010 Vigonza (PD), reserves the right to modify.

Any new conditions will be effective from the moment they are published on this site. Please read the conditions of sale carefully whenever you intend to make purchases on www.womsh.com.

PLACING AND ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS
You must be of age to place an order. Orders placed will be binding on Trade Promotions S.r.l. only after you have received confirmation by e-mail that the order process has been completed correctly, payment has been authorised and the products are at least partially available. If you do not receive the confirmation email contact us using the form in the contact section. You can see your order in the personal area of the site by logging in with login and password. Orders are taken over by our operators with hours 9.00-18.00: all requests are handled in these times. The order is considered completed only after the registration of payment of the order.
None of the information contained in www.womsh.com can be considered as an offer, but rather as an invitation to tender.

PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS AND AVAILABILITY
The products shown in the online catalogue can be purchased until stocks are exhausted.
The representation of the products on the Site corresponds normally to the photographic image of the products themselves and has the sole purpose of presenting them for sale, without any guarantee or commitment, by Womsh, about the exact correspondence of the image depicted with the actual product.

PRICES, CURRENCY AND SHIPPING COSTS
The prices of the products published on the Site are inclusive of VAT and packaging.
Shipping costs are free of charge.
For deliveries to be made in countries outside CEE, the prices of the products published on the site are always understood not including any sales taxes and/or taxes, any taxes and/or customs duties, any other tax and/or charge applicable to the delivery of the products ordered.

DELIVERY AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS
It is up to the buyer to choose between the payment and delivery conditions offered on www.womsh.com. Payment or delivery methods other than those indicated are not allowed.

TERMS OF DELIVERY
The delivery terms listed in the delivery options indicate the time usually required to deliver the products.

In Italy within 3 working days from receipt of payment
In EU countries other than Italy within 5 working days of receipt of payment
ExtraCEE within 7 working days of receiving payment

Trade Promotions S.r.l. a socio unico is committed to do everything possible to make you receive the products within that period, but can not be held responsible for any damage resulting from any delay occurred during transport.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
According to the D.Lgs. n. 206 of 6 September 2005 (Consumer Code) you have the right to withdraw from the contract, without penalty and without giving any justification for a period of fourteen (14) working days from the day you receive the products. To withdraw from the contract you must inform us of your intention by filling in the appropriate form in the contact section by choosing "customer care" in the item in question.
Note: Customers who purchase with VAT cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.

RETURN OF PRODUCT
Within the same period of fourteen working days, the right of withdrawal shall be subject to the following conditions:
1. The product must be returned intact and in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories) to the address:

2. To limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend, when possible, to put it in a second box (avoid in all cases the affixing of labels or adhesive tapes directly on the original packaging of the product);
3. The shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is under your full responsibility and the transport costs for the return of the goods are at your expense.
Womsh is not responsible in any way for damage or theft/ loss of goods returned with uninsured shipments. In no case will be collected cash on delivery or postage.

As soon as we have received the products under the conditions indicated above, we will reimburse the amount of the value of the goods for which the right of withdrawal has been exercised by crediting the amount either on the credit card/ PayPal, or current account depending on the payment method used to make the order.

WHEN THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL EXPIRES
The right of withdrawal is totally forfeited, due to lack of integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its contents), in cases where Womsh determines:
1. Use of the asset, even in part;
2. Lack of the original outer and/or inner packaging;
3. The absence of product constituents;
4. Damage to the product due to causes other than its transport
In the above cases, Womsh will return the goods purchased to the sender, charging him with the shipping costs.

ELECTRONIC PAYMENT METHODS
We inform you, for your safety that the payment by credit card/PayPal, is made through POS Virtual managed directly by the credit institution. We will not know your credit card details. www.womsh.com uses specific systems to control and verify all transactions that take place through the site, such as Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to allow encryption of potentially sensitive information.

COMMUNICATION AND COMPLAINTS
All communications or any complaints from the Customer to Womsh regarding the Purchase Agreements should be addressed to the Customer Service responsible for the management of the Site, writing to support@womsh.com

JURISDICTION
All the orders accepted by Trade Promotions s.r.l. a socio unico are understood to be completed in Italy and are subject exclusively to Italian law.
